I started Journaling, better time management through planning, I stepped away from the screen to concentrate on me time, I incorporated walking as a lifestyle change and checked my eating through Intermittent fasting. All these changes are not easy but I have a mental coach to help me.
If walking alone is difficult , find a walking buddy, there are people also looking for buddies, if you do not reach out, you will not know.
Like I said before, I have a mental coach – David Goggins- find someone whose story moves you, you can envision walking or working beside you and go with it.
